Alright, I admit it. You pulled it off. You dragged the characters through hell to the point that I didn't think they could get put back together--and then you put them back together, or at least set them on their way toward it. It was bittersweet, and I'm still hurting at how hard Raven got screwed, but you did it well. Next time you're ready for another journey like this, sign me up.

The appropriate word for the fight with Trigon is "epic." You do it well. When I started reading the chapter I wasn't expecting you to kill off Raven, though. Ouch. Just ouch. You know where to hit us where it hurts. And since it apparently went through her heart, I'm guessing there's not much chance of a demon-resurrection like last time...

Stripwire, Cyborg, and Mister Terrific cannot break the laws of physics, as we know. Its rather unfortunate. So maybe we're talking about some sort of thermal superinsulator-something to contain the *unfortunately* NOT cold fusion.

Are you really that guy? Haha. If I ever made a cameo in a story, I would be sure to describe myself as very handsome and stuff and then include a hot girl on my arm; just sayin. And its funny, because this popped into my head this morning on the bus. I was thinking about Cyborg really couldn't afford to "write his own future" with another entity in his head and tons of responsibilities to his friends. In fact, he left a broken team behind with a broken base and broken moral. Actually, I'm pretty disappointed at him for leaving. And the chances of him actually doing anything meaningful on his "daycation", I figured, are pretty slim given his love for Allie and Sarah being in his head. Its not like he can go into dating or modelling or something.

BTW, I totally think you should rework the love triangle thing... it would be really really interesting to have Allie and Ryuko going at it and then Cyberion and SARAH macking it in his head or something. I know you've been building it for Cyborg, especially with that (cough cough) raunchy foreshadow in the switching places story arc and then mention of *problem solved!* in the cyberion arc, but come on! Maybe I just have a thing for asians, but Ryuko is SO MUCH cooler than Cyberion! And he totally is! He practically has SEX with her in the sword chapter!

ALRIGHT so, turns out that this email is my old one that I rarely check too. If you want to respond to me I'd prefer it be at lucas.. That said, I dont expect a response or even really want one, I'd prefer to have you writing a (*teen titans!... not some other!*) fanfic and not wasting your time here! I KNOW you read it, after all, and I think that you do respect my comments.

Well done. However, I gotta question whether the order is necessary? The scene with Rose, which is undeniably heart-wrenching, and then... evil, makes for a harsh transition into a more philosophical, cosmic interlude of the raven. I don't know. I thought the first part was a little overdone. Perhaps it would have been better used as an prelude to the third part of this. What's that name going to be, Acceptance? Anyway. Its not much of an epilogue, just sayin. Otherwise, fantastic, fantastic work. I'm excited for the third part- its all coming together!

By the way, who is this young man in a white suit who can "write" his own future? It isn't YOU, is it?

HA! I told you he wasn't dead!! (Although, as the author, you already knew.) But you can never just kill off Deathstroke...er, Slade. And I was wondering what had happened to Rose.

So Slade and the Brotherhood (re)appear? Beast Boy had better get ready to face his old enemies. I have a feeling Starfire and Cyborg (with Sarah) will be needed as well. And how does the Streetbeat fit into this? And the mysterious "black bird"?

But seriously, it was a good end to my favorite piece of fanfiction (complete with one heck of a cliffhanger!) I very much enjoyed your story. Your writing is good and you understand and build upon the characters very well. Thank you very much for giving me something to look forward to on Fridays for the past...I don't even know how long it's been. But thank you anyway!

You don't exactly let us catch our collective breath, huh? One chapter of denoument, then we're back to foreshadowing.

But then we get some denoument for the denoument.

It's a nice word, denoument. It's well constructed.

On the subject of Slade, I'm not actually sure how I feel about him. I actually only really liked him in the show because of Ron Perlman and his balls-tighteningly fantastic performance. That and his design. But he's too... typical. He's a jerk for the sake of being a jerk. I much prefer his character from the comics. Even though I have never read a comic with him in it. I investigated him on the internet, and the guy is apparently quite likable. At least until the typical character derailment that is the reason I never was interested in comics set in.

But anyway, there was a point in there somewhere. Oh yes. I really hope that there's at least a couple of indications that Slade is a human being at some point.

And the BoE? All I can say is YES. I love those guys. I've forgotten what you said you had changed about them, since it was way back when, but there was something. Meh, anyway, they should be fun.

But anyway, this story was great, and you're a great person for writing it. That about sums everything up, I think.

Excellent end to a great story. So Slade's working with the Brotherhood, eh? Interesting. And the bit with the raven at the end is intriguing, as well. There's still so much left to cover, that I can see another story following this one... at least, I sincerely hope so.

A truly epic ending to an epic tale. The end of Rose's quest was chilling and dazzling in its way. Doubt that is the end there.

The vignettes at the ending were well done. Perfect summations for a well told tale.

Please let this be the announcement that there will be a part three.

Man, I can't believe it's finally finished. Easily one of the best stories I've ever read, fan fiction or not. Can't wait for the sequel, and don't you dare try to tell me there's not going to be a sequel with all the set up in this chapter. Slade still alive (with the alien inside of him, if I'm remembering the end of Avatar correctly), the Brotherhood of Evil teaming up with Slade (something that I always wanted to see in the show). Terra should still be alive as well (once again, if I'm remembering the end of Avatar correctly).

Now we've got Raven flying around as a ... raven, and I'm starting to think her penchant for coming back to life in the comics is going to show up. I guess even though Adaptation is done, Raven still has some changing to do.

Can't wait to see what you have in store for us next.

Huh, didn't expect Cyborg and Starfire to leave. Heh, Cyborg and Tek finally kissed, cool. Poor Beast Boy... first the betrayal of Terra, and now Raven's death. Poor guy seems to be on the edge of a nervous breakdown. Can't wait to see what's in store for Epilogue 2.
