The fangirl in me is crying about the continued estrangement of Albus from Gellert (although maybe it's the other way around? I'm slightly confused as to how long/well Gellert has been trying to contact him for), but the plot is so gripping :D

So, Gellert is in Russia, eh? Secret societies, eh? Delta-like women with a shady past, eh? Development! Whee! Very good writing, too, might I add.


Also, best quote of the whole chapter, had me rolling: “I'm married to an incestuous lunatic; what's a bit of sodomy here and there?”

First off: Yay! It's been so long, I was getting worried that I had come to this story just as it had died. Glad to see I was wrong. Also, you're very welcome for all those reviews; some stories I just enjoy so much that I have to share my thoughts with each chapter.

But enough about me; I think you did really well with this chapter. While most of what happened way back in the early chapters is more or less lost to me at this point, I was able to pick up pretty much where the story left off without having to go back and remind myself.

One thing that confused me (and it could just be because I'm really tired): Is Perdita really Delta, or did I misread that? Other than that, awesome chapter. Good luck with the next one, here's hoping it doesn't take quite as long.

It continued to draw me in further as it progressed, and I think your story telling (the varied perspectives and double timeline) is very clever - I even want to read it again.

Hi! I just discovered this story a few days ago, and, well...I'm blown away! It is completely amazing. The plot is awesome and original, and the "McValley" plot twist totally caught me by surprise.

Please update again! The Gellert-McValley twist was very unexpected. And just by the way, Mc is more of an Irish prefix to a name. Mac is Scottish.

I really liked (and dislike!) how obsessed with Albus Elphias is. He seems so looked over, and so dependent on his few friends. I like the way you're building him up.
