Woa... I have to admit I was a little sceptic when you first posted this story, but you managed to make it work really well. Is this the last chapter or can we expect more greatness? Wonderful job anyway!

Hey there Mishy. I have to be honest and say that I'm on the fence about this story. I enjoyed the writing and how you weaved your way through the story, but at the same time felt that it was a unique sort of OOC that in the end took away from the characters.

Yeah, I still just don't know. It wasn't bad by any means. You are a fantastic writer and have a true way with bringing characters and situations to life. I'm just not sure this was one of your best.

As the immaterial forms of Dudley and his love began to glow and disappear, those with eyes that could see saw the blurring and reshaping as Dudley re-assumed the shape with which he had lived out his mortal life. He was now a sturdily built white man, wearing the uniform of...a Canadian Mountie?

"My dearest Dudley Do-Right, do you really think they'll be ok?" Asked Nell Fenwick.

"What do you think, Horse?"

"They'll be fine. I'm just glad they didn't assign House to me, couldn't have stood that many Mr. Ed jokes." replied Horse.

I do have some reservations about this story. We've heard House describe god as "either non-existent or infinitely cruel." (paraphrase) House obviously has a problem with an omni-potent AND all-benevolent being letting people suffer, and allow evil to exist in the world. Hence a logical contradiction. I've always taken House to be either agnostic or an atheist. Hence his knowledge of religions. (I studied religion quite extensively. I'm an atheist. It seems to me, that those people who do that when they're young tend to end up atheist or agnostic, because of all the logical contradictions. That's been my experience with my friends.) So I have some problems with how House so easily accepted Dudley at the very beginning.

I would have written House "testing" Dudley's existence. Have Dudley move objects around, and get visual confirmation from other people to verify. Or, have Dudley look into a room House can't see into, and give House information he could verify, but no way could have known without the help of a supernatural agency. (Dudley) And only after that, would House have accepted Dudley as being real.

Wow Mish, this is just fantastic writing. I loved how you wove in the angels and the episode of Ezra Powell. Its so good I don't have the words to tell you, but I really love this and I hope you continue a little...but its good with where you left it too. I'm one of your biggest fans and I proudly wear my t-shirt stating that fact. Great work!!

While I was reading your new fic ( another !), I was thinking in the angel from one of my favourite Christmas movies´, "It´s a wonderful life"; is Dudley like Clarence? Nedds Dudley to get, too, their wings ??
