I agree with you, there has been an increased number of spiritshipping fiction but not enough about Asuka's feelings to balance it out; so it's nice to see this. I really like how you portrayed their emotions by taking the time on it, I'm seeing a lot of rushed fiction lately that is quite emotional and not very well thought-out. I also like how you 'showed' and didn't 'tell' it. ^_^ I really like the way you write.

That was perfect! Absolutely perfect! The way you thoroughly listed all the changes, the comparison and contrast...it was all so perfect. ^^ And I don't say that about just anyone. Not to mention you had such beautifully constructed sentences, proper elaboration, and most wonderfully intricate portrayal of emotional instability. I loved it! Too bad it's complete. It'd be nice to see more. But that depends on inspiration and time and all. Great work. I'm hoping to read more of your work in the future. You have great talent with writing. ^^

Even though we're not this far in America, I kinda got an idea from Janime. And you're right, Asuka has hardly changed at all.

I believe what I admire most in this fic is your portrayal of emotion. Just like peeking into Asuka's brains! That, and the little speck of Valentineshipping! If she and Judai don't work out, I guess there's always Jun.

Either Judai's REALLY in love with dueling, or he's...uh, never mind.

Ah wow, this is what I get for not keeping up with GX. As soon as I saw this I ran away and caught up.

All I can say is two things.

You're really awesome, as I am sure you know. Asuka really hasn't changed much, but she has conflicts she hasn't sorted out yet (thanks to the writers, probably) and things she still has left to say. And with the real world creeping up on them so soon, something has to break, it seems.

Second, why must all of the GX charactes be so socially retarded?

This story is wonderful! You did a great job of writing a romance fic while still keeping everyone in character--especially Asuka.
