Finally got around to reading this; it really was a good thing to imagine, since Asriel and Coulter had enough grief in their lives already. They're sutiable people to create a world, not just because they fell off the multiverse; they're complete individuals, who let no one else judge their actions. There's no one but them to judge by now anyway. Mrs Coulter seems to come to an acceptance of her own life before changing into a universe, so it's a decent character death fic as well as a new idea. It great to read again.
