bitter green tea 2008-03-16 ch 3,	abuseFirst off, I want to thank you for writing this fanfic. It's been a while since I've managed to find fanfics from Gravitation that are this well written. I've noticed that among the well-written fanfics, there are not alot that actually explore Yuki Eiri's personality as a writer. This is where your fic really shines; it's unique and it actually gives the readers a rare glimpse of what's going on in the mind of Yuki Eiri the writer. I certainly hope that you are willing to write a sequel since I really liked Yuki's 'voice'. Once again, thanks for bringing quality writing back as well as bringing depth to your characters.

noonsam 2008-02-20 ch 3,	abuseUh, was that last 'reviewer' frothing at the mouth or what? You could practically see the spit on the screen. Geez. But enough of unimportant things--this was wonderful! I finally had a chance to catch up on my reading. I felt this was a perfect place to stop, but we want a sequel!! We all know Shu got under Eiri's skin from the very start, and you showed that perfectly. I just love Eiri-in-denial. Methinks he doth protest to much!

Your peek into Yuki's mind was really intersting. I like how we don't know Shuichi's name - because, of course, he only tells him later on after Yuki takes him to his apartment. I wish you would write the entire anime in Yuki's PoV! This is going on my favorites, as well as my alerts, in case you update ;) And if you don't, then thanks for a wonderful read! ~Nini

Basically, this made me happy. :D I would LOVE to read a sequel, I like seeing this story through Yuki's eyes - getting into his brain. :D

You wrote Eiri and is POV flawlessly... so much so that I could actually picture him in my mind's eye throughout the story... I could 'see' his writer's brain working through his thoughts and turning them into a never-to-be-written (and never say never) story. And I will hope that your idea to write their second meeting doesn't die and that you will do so. I, for one, would love to read it.
scorch66 2008-01-27 ch 3,	abuseA wonderful story and I loved how you wrapped up this chapter with Shu jumping in front of Yuki's car and the last line was so perfect. I also liked how you showed both dimensions of Yuki's thoughts - his cynical side and his true self. The contrast was fun to read (Yuki really is a walking contadiction, ne?). Fav line: He lets me share in his clean, sweet youth. He has come here to teach me to sing. -This was so poetic and guh...Yuki really does need Shu more than Shu needs him. I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to read a sequel! Especially since their second meeting is one of my favourite scenes in the whole series; I'm positive that you would do it justice. ;)

noonsam 2008-01-17 ch 2,	abuseBeautiful! I loved the comparison of Shuichi and the Mockingbird, it would be just like Eiri to compare the two. I especially love how you show that their first encounter was as significant for Eiri as it was for Shuichi--I mean, why else would he put this stranger in his car after nearly hitting him and then take him home? There was more there then just insulting his lyrics. Shu made quite an impression on our Eiri and that fascination just grew and grew. You get into Eiri's head so well, I can't wait to see what's next!
