I love this story. You're writing style is wonderful, and the way this story rolled was beautiful. Great job all around!

This was a really great story. It was well written and a nice look at the characters. I love young Sanzo and new to the world Goku was just great! I liked the action and I appreciated the lack of adult content, I'm not a big fan of pairing people off all the time. I wish you had some more Saiyuki stories I could read. :(

It was curious how Sanzo refused to call him by the name he'd actually given to him 500 years before. But it was also a very cool story. Very enjoyable. And it was great to see Goku so well loved.

I loved this ending. And I loved the semi-conversation between Goku, Sanzo and sanzo's master aka his memory.

This was a really exiting chapter... and I'm off to read more.

Your way of dealing with the wolf pack via explosions was very, very cool!

Second chapter was fantastic. I love how you keep going to the 'familiar name' in Sanzo's mind. The one-armed yokai is an exiting villain, and I'm generally riveted for the rest of it!

I really, really like the beginning to your story. And I really like how you wrote out the 'conversation' between the voice and Sanzo, his reluctance to share it with anyone else, and the vague remembrance he has when he hears it. All in all, a very compelling beginning.

This was a wonderful story... but you seem to follow the original chinese legend more than the anime. It was an interesting mix. I especially enjoyed your take on the path to enlightenment through the reciting of the scripture... and Koumyou's attitude and voice was done well. Very, very enjoyable!
