Unfortunately it looks like it's been almost a year since the last time this story was updated - but I hold out hope that one day you might decide to finish it and let us know how it all turns out in the end. So, I'll toss this one on my story alerts, just in case.

I just found this and it's wonderful! I really liked chapters 1-3 but after chapter 4 I was hooked. But now I see you haven't updated since August! No! So I'm throwing in my review and my plea, please, please continue. The angst and the UST! Thanks for the wonderful read, here's hoping you actually continue.

You cannot leave this story like this. OMG! I just read chapter 10 and I was like, NO! Where is the rest! I really want to know what happens. I love how you depicted Cain's struggle between his duty and his heart as well as DG's loneliness and homesickness. I cannot wait until the next chapter! I hope it is not that long away!

Happy New Year! Well, it's happy for me anyway. I've discovered the wonderful world of the 'Tin Man' and a beautiful fanfiction to help me continue the journey that was cut randomly short. I love your portrayal of the characters in here and every chapter has me gripping onto the side of my chair. It's a beautiful descriptive story (without dragging it out to infinity) and I can actually empathise with DG's homesickness. I truly hope that you update soon, I look forward in anticipation to your next chapter where hopefully our favourite Tin Man will make his return.

Are you going to finish the story?! This has been really good and would love to read the ending.
