Still amazing!

I just read this last night, and I must say that the scene where Sirius and Remus talk about the past in Grimmauld Place, that was exactly one thing that I wonder about: What do two friends talk about, when they have gone through so much but are still together? Do they blame each other for what happened? I like how you made them comfortable with each other, not awkward, trying to reach out, meeting halfway. So beautiful.

And the part where Sirius says that Remus loves Lily in a different way, I loved that. When he gave Lily a present that she wanted as herself, and not one defined by who she is. You have a very sharp eye, looking into the human psyche and emotions, every character's motivations. I loved this fic!

That was so sweet and touching. The end was amazing. I agree with the parft about peter. That he and Wormtail are two different people.

I’ve recently discovered you here on and I really enjoy your stories. But so far Edges is my favourite. I like the way you describe Remus, I think very few authors on this site is capable of describing him well. Often he just comes out weak and as a victim, which I think is totally wrong. But you manage to describe him as a man who, although live gave him a pretty bad hand, manage to fight the obstacles of life and get a, maybe not completely happy, but at least a good life.

I hope you continue writing stories for the Harry Potter universe.

Beautiful dialogue.

Wow. That was lovely. I really enjoyed the dialog between Remus and Sirius it seemed perfectly in character and fit nicely into canon.

I particularly enjoyed the way you captured the emotions in this fic, and the way they changed during the way. The way that they all felt at various points during the war was very realistic and exquisitely captured.

One tiny canon problem, I'm pretty sure that they did not know about the Dark Mark during the first war. In the fourth book when Harry talks about Snape showing something on his forearm to the Durmstrang headmaster Sirius seemed to have no idea what he was talking about. But that is really only a little canon issue. And I could be wrong.

I also really liked how you wrote about Peter at the end. I always enjoy it when fanfic authors acknowledge that at one time Peter was a Marauder and was a good friend.

I am completely in awe of your talent. I went to bed last night thinking you wrote amazingly funny fanfics, but I am pleasantly surprised this morning to find that you can also write fanfics that bring tears to my eyes. Very well done.

First story I read that discuss the fact that Sirius thought Remus was the traitor. You did amazingly well, I could see the hurt and the reasons and the regrets. Congratulations.

This made me cry so much.

Thank you for making some sort of reflection for Remus after everyone else had died.

OK, I've been reading Remus-centric fanfics for I don't know how many years now, and I CANNOT believe I have only just now found you. I'm putting my review here because all of your stories are so great that it doesn't really matter where I say this. You are now, hands-down, my favorite writer of Remus, and also the other Marauders. Your characterizations are brilliant and, for my own personal feelings about who these characters are, exactly what they ought to be. The dialogue is superb and the plots are wonderful as well. I'm honestly one of those terrible people that read and never review (I also hate people like me, I know), and I've read hundreds of stories I think only reviewing maybe one other. This isn't even really a review, it's actually just more of me gushing out my love for you. :) I'm so excited to set aside today to read all of your stuff. Your one-shots are great but the fact that you have a story 32 chapters long is the only thing that's saving me from being sad your haven't written hundreds of stories for me to go through. I've just had surgery and am off work this entire week so there will be no doing anything else for me today but immersing myself in your wonderful writing, and I couldn't be more excited about it. Thank you for the time you put into these stories and PLEASE don't stop! As far as I'm concerned, you have nailed these guys on the head. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
