| Dirtberry 2008-01-16 ch 1, | abuse- stomachache while reading and reviewing this - GAH this friendship fic made me want to glomp both kevin and echizen to BITS and pieces. kevin is SO undermined in the fandom, that such engrossment with him as a character in a fic is a GEM. And the best thing about is that you actually captured the dynamics between both friends VERY WELL, as how I remember them in the Zenbatsu Nationals (I think? I don't know. the arc where they competed against each other in the series. GAH. it's been so DAMN long) when they were sharing this rivalry-friendship-distinction-hard-to-decipher thing between them. I've always been fond of Kevin, even though he's usually underappreciated in the fandom. Characterizing both of my favorite characters of the fandom so perfectly to the last little trait and detail about them made me want to go up to you and glomp you and this fic altogether. GAH. favoriting this. I think this fic totally made my day, even though ..my stomachache really had to go ruin it all, but, still, it was worth that tingly feeling in my heart. XD haven't read something like this for such a long time, and I probably will be rereading this again and again until I'm sure the goofy smile on my face will suffice in going away.. fdshaj;fdahj;fds loved this. |
