See this is exectly why this is second fav. couple in the nanoha world. I know its probly a typical femme/dom paring but don't really care because i've always loved Shamal shes my fav. of the wolkenritter and i think shes prettier than Signum but just like you i think she has that mothe or older sister type feel to her, which could be why i love her so much anyway mind blowingly awesome story and i've just got a quick question was that flashback where Shamal sacraficed herslf a true story becuse if you made it up that was incredable heart-wrenching and it really did make me cry. Wonderful story and please keep up the good work

Great story! Signum and Shamal is another pairing which i adore from the Nanoha series and have not found a lot of fictions about them. I hope to read more story's from you in the future :D

Awesome. I love how you wrote Shamal. Though she is the weakest offensively, she sure broke through Signum's defenses. Aw, at the nice little fluffy moments.

If I need just one word to describe this chapter; it would be this… beautiful.

Finally, after all their hesitation and fears, those bonds tided them up were broken, setting free their feelings to be shared freely. No matter how hard our lives could be, there always will be hope, not only that, but then happiness for the ones who reach their hands for it. They’ve chosen to wait, to have patience and wait for better times, after their master gets the bit of happiness they’ve decided she deserves. After that, pure bliss awaits them.

It was nice to change the central couple on a MSLN universe. I really liked how you portrayed this couple; something you could see on the series, but not as clear as Nanoha and Fate.

I’ll be waiting patiently for the epilogue.

I spotted a couple of mistakes, like the very last sentence:
"And though they did not share a bed again the next day, the abandoned one beside Shamal’s was no longer be empty."

A pity, it kinda ruined the mood ;) A throughout re-read should fix them, though.

As for the note, damn you. I now have a mental picture of Signum posing (Sparing the details, but it involves crotch gyrations... oops, details given) in front of her room's mirror saying "Yeah, baby, your name's Shagnum baby, yeah~!"

...although I have to admit my mental image of Hayate's face when she enters the room to see that is amusing indeed.

Hello Seravy, it's nice to see you write something new! Shamal and Signum, never thought of this pairing! Really enjoyed watching the dynamics and the subtleness between those two. Have to say, Signum stole my attention in this story, the way she dealt with Vita and comforting Shamal are really in character. Brilliant idea, using the simple idea of them being trapped in Book of Darkness. More Signum/Shamal in the next chapter perhaps? I'm gonna wait for the rest of The Wolkenritter Trilogy to be completed :)

Having thought of that short form on more than one occasion, I laud it. …*giggles* SigMal. …Roysh, I’m over it. It's still better than ShaNum. Oi, don’t spoil the ending… Though I would have moped for hours if it wasn’t happy all the same. I love that you made it plausible- it's like a subtle pull, really. When you talk about Shamal and refer to her as "blond" you are using the male version, no matter what spellcheck says.
The female version is "blonde".
Good explanation about the hair thing though.
Signum just never seemed like a hair ribbon person, even if on the show it is the greatest fad. (Check out the girls if you don't believe me)
I just assumed Hayate put it there, but now that you mention it didn't she have it there during the meeting flashback?

Yeah! New chapter. Of course... now I'm wondering how Shamal reacts to Signum's inordinate interest in Fate-chan during A's. Perhaps that upsets her enough to do the couch treatment for real in the future.
