I love it that you brought SkekTek into the mix. His character (and all others) are so true to the story, while bringing in an added dimension, making them into so much more than simply, 'the bad guys from the Dark Crystal.'

Hey! *waves* It's Zenith from over at FA! There is a disturbing lack of Dark Crystal fanfiction here. I'm thinking about rectifying this myself if I can ever gain any confidence in my story-writing abilities...

Anyway-- Skeksis slash really isn't my thing, but damn, I am really impressed. I love how faithful you've stayed to the movie/book, while still giving the Skeksis dimension and personality beyond simply "bad guys" in a way that's totally believable. Your attention to detail is just awesome. I especially like the beginning of the third chapter, where we get to see most of the other Skeksis insulting each other. XD Hopefully Tek will make an appearance soon? I'm really anticipating the next chapter!

Great story, and I love your descriptions. It's easy to read, and flows beautifully. I agree with the first review - more stories revolving around the Skeksis need to be written. The ending gave me quite a shock - I seriously thought the two of them were going to start making out!
