Oh, this is like dark chocolate, sweet with a bite. I, for one, do not like tattoos, but I know that they have a special meaning to those who get them so I would head slap Tony just like Gibbs. BUT! I can't remember a Marine who didn't have at least one tattoo somewhere on their body even if it was just Semper Fi. That's a big double standard if Gibbs has one of those.
