The paragraphs are all jammed together. I figured I'd let you know, in case you were unaware of the format issue, as it's a shame for a format mishap to ruin a good story (at least for me). |

Adding the Inuzaka line to explain Kakashi's dog-centric nature is quite clever! OC Grandma rocks! I enjoy the license the story is taking in departing from the manga. And the story still has a nice ongoing tension and cliffy feel, awaiting that meeting of minds between the boys about their get-together. Good work! |

| KareNeko 2008-04-28 ch 4, | abuseOuch. Ow. I really feel Iruka's pain. Actually, I feel that Iruka is having a very excruciatingly realistic dating experience. I remember some similar times with love interests when things didnt pan out. You are so accurate I can only fall to my knees and beg you for the next chapter, in hopes that you will either offer some hope or slice it off completely. Of course you may just continue the torture, and I admit I'd be grateful for that as well. And, well, maybe Iruka screwed it up, but Kakashi comes off rather nasty and maybe the chunin would be better off without him anyway! So awesome and well-written! Many thanks for the entertainment! |

The remarks that pass between Iruka and Kakashi here are great, because they are so interestingly loaded and easily viewed more than one way. Very well done! I'm so enjoying the "Iruka messes things up" thing here. I haven't seen enough of it, and I love a human Iruka. |
