This is so fantastic...great cliffhanger! I think this is shaping up to be a pretty interesting story. One nitpick though...I know you said you didn't watch Dino Thunder but I kinda feel like you're writing Kira a little too girly. Maybe try watching some Dino Thunder on youtube or something...everything else is great though!
