abuseThe story is to short to leave a long review, but I love the idea. The characterization of Minerva is perfect!

ch 2,
abuseRockgod's take is quite interesting. I have read what he has so far and I like the writing.

I would like to see someone take your base idea a little differently. McGonagal hears the prophecy and dismisses Sybil as a fraud. Harry defeats Voldemort without the prophecy being known to any but McGonagal (maybe she puts a privacy barrier up on the first words spoken or something). Now McGonagal recalls the prophecy and considers that it may be true.

I suppose the "Harry Mc Gonagal" story is close to that.

abuseHi there, small criticism. I would've liked if you included the author and story IDs. That's just a little quirk of mine.

Rockgod's Author id: 1014559

Ripples in the Lake's Story id: 4024686

Yes, I don't see Minerva giving Sybil time to say the mumbo-jumbo!

abuse*snicker* so much avoided by ignoring a REAL prophecy. but it was a self-fulfilling one though, wasn't it.

ch 1, anon.
abuseI liked that. It is just the way it would go; all the characters acted, well, in character, and yet produced a major difference in JKR's storyline. I've always liked McGonagall and this was just fun!

abuseBwahahahaha! I love it! But, why would Riddle go after the Potters if he didn't get the prophecy?
