1.Siefried x Cassandra because I think it's going to happen in SCIV. I 've found out that Cassandra is following someone that has the 'holy stone' which is really Soul Calibur. Also because it's my personal favorite of the 3.
2.Yun x Talim because it's canon. Although I do like the idea of Yun and Mina.
3. Xianghua x Kilik cause it's canon.
Sorry I can't really vote for the last thing because I've never played either game.

First off Characters GROUP ONE even though you are putting Luke into the frey with level one sword skillz and a wooden sword and Tear only knows one fonic hyme and first aid but that is cool maybe Loyd could teach Luke a few things I mean he does at least teach somebody the Loyd Irving style of fighting as Cress uses it a few thousand years later to save the world from Dous.
A few tips on writing first off slow down there is no hurry you don't have to go Lord of the Rings level of detail just enough to find a good pace. If you can find the right balence between adding a level of detail that gives me an idea of the surroundings how the charcter is feeling/thinking and what is happening and progresses the story nicely you have a good pace.
Also you might want to consider how many times you skip around each chapter unless the events directly correlate to each other. Don't be talking about one thing then suddenly change the focus. Do that in between chapter. In other words instead of doing small snipits of alot of charcters do large snipits of a few charcters each chapter.
Also an important stuff involveing Loyd he is out of charcter. Loyd is the type of person not to get too upset about not getting thanked for his deeds he is an idealist he lives to do what is right and that is its own reward to him. Also which charcter ending did Loyd get that is important if you want an easy out say Kratos.
