Beautifully simple and sweet. Cain's jealousy felt so vivid and I loved the way it all felt better from just the small act of holding DG's hand. Hope it didn't get all the Tin Man fangirling out of your system and that there's more to come!

Well I liked it. I always did picture Cain as being a jealous man. Or maybe possessive is a better word. Holding tight to what's his so he doesn't lose that which is precious to him again. Like in here with how frustrated he is with his seeming inability to connect with DG the way the others can, and it makes him think less of his own connection with her. You captured it really well.
