I really enjoyed these tidbits. There is something different about The Black Jewel trilogy from other books to me. It's like coming home or returning to your favorite place and finding it the exact same way. Because of that, it's hard to find fanfiction authors who can get the characters right. That's why your story is amazing, and I enjoyed it. You caught the characters I hold so near and dear.

I really loved these little drabbles, especially since they capture Bishop's characters so well! I have to say, they made me laugh, though I admit to not reading the second chapter... I just can't bring myself to read 1 sentence drabbles... However, I am curious as to who Orion and Tovar are. Are they your own characters, or did I miss mentions of them while reading?

I can't believe this has hardly any reviews... really good. A few made me laugh and all of them were written in a style very close to Anne's. Last was sad, fortune made me giggle.

Wow. These are *delicious*. Good insights into the characters, and your use of language is very deft. The combination makes this a real treat to read. I'd have a hard time picking favorites, but I absolutely adored the ones with Kaetien, Banard (especially Banard!) and Hallevar. There were a couple of tiny grammatical glitches here and there - I'd be happy to beta for you on anything else you feel like writing, if you like - but they were barely noticeable.
