I really like this idea, it's refreshingy different. Great writing style too! The only thing that I'm not sure about is why the jonins are all so bi polar, e.g. when Kakashi tells Iruka not to use his name as a threat yet moments before they seem to be getting along ok. I'm an Iruka fan here, I think he's doing his level best to bite down on his anger and be civil, but Kakashi just keeps pushing it. Can't wait for an update!

Wow, poor Iruka. He just keeps make the hole he's in bigger and bigger. Kakashi's an **, plain and simple. But Iruka also has a huge chip on his shoulder. Both of them need to grow up and show a little more respect to each other. But oh how I love the drama! So does Iruka have an ulcer? He definitely has enough stress to deal with that would give him one.

Ah, I feel bad for Iruka. I think that both of them are at fault a little bit--but I still think that Kakashi is being unreasonable. Iruka is just trying to be nice! ...kind of. And Gai...oh...Iruka...ooh. That's all you can say. If 'Kashi sees his paper, I don't think his reaction will be the same as Kakashi's. Iruka really is in some of the most akward moments known to man-kind. Yeesh. D:
