I am enjoying the idea so far, even if high school Claymore is a bit far fetched. The characters are being presented in a pleasing fashion and your writing ability is quite accomplished. Hoping to see more, even if it has gone 3 months without an update. :)

ahahha cool there arnt ANY AU stories of claymore out there this one is pretty cool Flora's so nice i was sad when she died even though we only knew her for a little while she was super pretty.

I started my search in animesuki's forums and finally made it here for this great claymore fic. This fic has such an amazing idea, I do hope you'll be updating soon. Everyone feels really in character despite the alternative universe. You have Flora's formal way of speech dead on. Watching Flora introduce the fine art of small talk and friendship was most amusing. Nice touch with Clare's guitar and kendo interests.

Her relationship with Teresa so far feels quite unique. Motherly but not quite either. really enjoying that. Can't wait to see what you do with the other characters (especially Galatea and her fangirls... she's my ultimate fav in this series. but I wasn't too sure who that was walking beside her...)

Though I must admit that I fully respect and understand how well meant ideas on faction is, etc. I must admit that his one of those cases where I fail to see a point. Though it is required to say your writing skills are most excellent and the story itself - if you take the native world, time, evironment Claymore is set in out of the equation - is very very good - no question there. :-) But highschool? *Shudders* Maybe it's just me being happy over that the time of highschol and squalling highschool girls are long gone and over with.

Hey, nice chapter. I was reading this on ASuki and saw you making progress. The basis of this story is interesting because the characters are interesting and you write it really well. Hope to see some more soon.

The first high school fiction and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I also like this because Flora is in this as well. Truthfully this is probably the first time I've ever love an anime character. She's my number 1# claymore. This first chapter is a great achievement to the beginning of your story. It is definitely going into my favorites. Also, if you check your hotmail account, I've sent you a message a day ago regarding to this story along with a suggestion of mine. Well, I guess that's all I can say for now.

I have heard from Sideris of some philistine turning Berserk into a AU High School fanfic, and I knew that one day the same fate would befall Claymore.

Out of all the people out there, however, I didn't expect it to be you.

I know your works, Shran. We've published Rei/Shinji fics back to back, for crying out loud! What could possibly have prompted you to think that turning Claymore into a High School drama would be a good thing?

Were this a well-established fanbase like Evangelion, I'd probably relax my standards a little, knowing that for every out-of-the-ballpark AU out there existed 5 stories relatively based on canon. But right now the Claymore section doesn't have enough works to justify a story that takes such a leap.

I can't condone this, and I won't read any more past this first chapter. My only consolation is that YOU are the one that's writing this, with all your skill and reputation, and not some yuri-minded perv out there who can't see a platonic relationship in front of him if it tap-danced on his lap wearing a clown suit.
