Christian is quite right. I think that spending the time with the babies will be a good way for him to recuperate. Ah, okay, you've answered my question about whether or not that was a televised episode for the 1981 eruption. You are very good at answering my questions (although you might have to wait a few chapters or a few stories, but you do answer them). What an incredible story. The best you've written yet. Left me drained at times, and I had to cut out of reading it through after a couple of tense chapters. Amazing stuff here, very good. Thanks for this wonderful set of stories of late. Gordon

It's going to go harsh on them, and they won't be able to convince the world of what Teppo and their father said to them. In trouble in three countries at once...a distinct talent for stupidity. Antti and Liisa, it seems, have seen the dramatic errors of their ways. I guess they'll turn state's evidence against their crazy brother... You can almost...ALMOST...feel sorry for the girls...they should have known that their brother was insane. And because of their foolishness, they got two of their own sisters killed. Wait, there's a bad part of Sundborg? LOL hard to believe... Um, I believe Antti WAS a sergeant in the Finnish army...or at least he's gonna get a dishonorable discharge coming his way now. Talk about your full confession! And it's like the moment where the bad guy who thinks he's won, tells the hero he is planning on killing what his plans are, only to have the tables turned in the end... Yes yes yes! I think he'll make it! (tearing up again) OOPS...a urinary catheter...omg, he won't soon forget that unpleasantness... Of course he'll be okay, he's joking about exorcising Teppo's ghost...LOL. Not that that would work on a ghost; exorcisms are for demons. But there are ways to get rid of ghosts, and I'm sure some poor haunted soul will visit FI someday to have Roarke remove the haunting. And I'm incredibly grateful he's still around, too... Gordon
PDXWiz 2008-01-23 ch 7,	abuseI hope Roarke comes along when Leslie talks to the Komainens. Perhaps he can detect if Lempo the Loser is behind this (although he probably isn't...) Wow, the kids slept through the night! Well, it was a long and trying day, and very tiring... LOL he knew which baby it was... Well, he's resting...that is a good sign to me...still got my fingers crossed (although I don't think you'd kill 'em off, you still surprised me when Leslie moved, and Tattoo died, and when Anna-Laura's husband and kids died...). The babies will be safe and happy with Mariki and the staff. They love them very much. And if they were a bit older, they'd be very well fed indeed...LOL Roarke's probably more than just ordinarily curious as to why they did the dolorous deeds... What a beautiful day to go for a walk! Can I come along too? Of course Roarke has no intention of leaving her to their 'tender mercies'... Now, why would she wish evil on the Komainens? They seem to be pretty stupid. Look, she loved their brother. She willingly gave up life in paradise to be with him, and them! All of them are a bunch of fools who should have been locked up, lobotomized, and doped to the gills from the second they were born... Good lord! Is he going to summon LEMPO? HOLY CRUDTHONKS, BATMAN! Oh, I see...he brought Teppo and his father back. This might drive the three completely insane with guilt once they realize the truth...if they have enough brains to dig it... Are you going to give Leslie the chance to say goodbye to Teppo? Oh boy, he knows about her life now! Wuhoh! LOL! Teppo has a great sense of humor about the situation. He's a good man, he deserves...er, deserved somebody good. If not necessarily Leslie... Well, I bet he could find someone good on the other side who didn't have anyone. Maybe one of Leslie's sisters, or her mom...ack...what am I saying? It's going to take QUITE a while for it all to sink in! And this is from a woman who takes the unusual in stride and has for years! Oh no did they get away with the trips? Are they in time to save Christian? Very cool door-unlocking ability! Has he shown it before? Ya know, if he was in a comic-book style world filled with superheros, Roarke would be a really nifty spandex clad dude! LOL Oh crud, his mental powers can't affect the drug...damn, if only they aren't too late to save Christian! It's surprisingly easy to get it up to 100 if you are distracted...not that I'll admit to doing it... Hm, now it's Leslie's turn to wait for Christian, whereas he had to wait for her at the hospital a few months ago when the babies came...ironic, eh what? YAH! They got the trips! They got the Komainen scum! Victory...at least, a partial victory over those gall-monging buttheads! Now, if only Christian pulls through... I can't wait to see Roarke use his powers on the three morons before they face justice on Lilla Jordso for the attacks on the Royal Family (he said grimly) Oh, poor Christian! (dabbing at my eyes) Yup, they'll be glad to see her, especially if they are hungry lol... Hahaha! The babies charmed some bachelors! Woohoo, there will be some new babies down the road on FI...the baby boom continues! Ohh, so he's a wanted criminal in Finland, eh? The jurisdictional fights between Fantasy Island, Finland, and Lilla Jordso will be very interesting. I doubt anyone on FI will take up their side of the case willingly... Hooray! Leslie's gonna press charges, Leslie's gonna press charges... I agree, it is time she fought them back. She took all their crap for nearly 20 years. She beat Michael Hamilton, and Tituba...she'll beat the Komainen gang! Gordon, sensing a stronger Leslie coming out of this...
PDXWiz 2008-01-23 ch 5,	abuse'jabbering in some strange staccato tongue'...that would be Finnish, yes? Wow, that kidnapping scene was very well done! Again, it feels rather cinematic in your telling (which is both very good and very hard to do). Maureen's urge to look at the door is definitely a sign that the latent energies of the island have manifested themselves in her at least a teeny tiny bit. The Komainens must be tortured (or rather, DESERVE to be!), but any who survive will likely spend a long time in Lilla Jordso's penitentiary system for the crimes on their soil. Good night, this whole nightmare is going to make world headlines! Hm, another clue from Maureen, and it seems to involve Pualani...cool, drag her further into your story schema...woohoo! Ask what makes the neighbors weird, Maureen! Yup, just call Leslie 'Nancy Drew'...hehehe. So, when's the Nancy Drew fan club going to meet on FI? LOL, kidding. Yes, that's right, the Ordonezes' could give her more info about the drugs. Gawd, what idiots the Komainens are! The police resources of Lilla Jordso are limited, but Christian's friend Errico would be more than happy to spend as much as necessary to bring them to justice, and ensure they would be locked up in prison for the rest of their natural lives. In fact, I could see him funding a maximum security prison on Arcolos just to house the three Komainen psychobrats... Woohoo! Pualani loves to read, AND we get to meet her! And just maybe she'll give us a vital clue because the Komainens are idjits that make Yosemite Sam look like Einstein! Ack! Barbies and Bratz dolls?!? They are evil Chucky clones from the mirror universe! (runs and hides behind Roarke) Pualani is right, the Bratz dolls are rather ugly looking to me as well. Ooh, Ethan's a good name for a boy. Not too common, and not likely to be too misspelled, either. Arielle is a great name, too. A SHOE CLUE! YAHOO! Yes, Detective Nancy Drew...err, Maureen Harding to the rescue! Call Roarke! Call the police! The nightmare is almost over! They don't know she is Leslie's friend and knows what is going on! Oh boy, I love Leslie's circle of extremely groovy friends! Which is now going to include Pualani the neat... :) So Christian was able to figure out who was behind this mess... OH darn, he saw the look of recognition in Maureen's eyes...crap! Crap crap crap crap where did you learn to write scary scenes? Gordon, rushing to the next chapter and tripping over his own fingers...
PDXWiz 2008-01-23 ch 4,	abuseYeah...I was right...dunno whether or not I should be happy or sad that I was right...it means Christian and the trips are in major quadruple RED ALERT danger...only Count Olaf or Mephi boy would be worse news, IMHO... Teppo's family is insane and should be locked up in the Enstad castle dungeons and the key thrown away... Yes...the oldest 'seemed to tolerate' Leslie. The cult of Teppo is bigger than just his mom, apparently... Yes, it doesn't prove that the Komainen children are responsible for what's happening...but from what you've shown us that Roarke doesn't know, it sure as heck looks that way! Hahahahaha! Leslie's leaking...oh gosh but that's funny right now at this time of crisis...you done good with that bit! lol Cool, I'm glad that Maureen'll loan her the breast pump. That will be pretty helpful. In the meantime, shouldn't Roarke notify the authorities to go out and look for Christian's wheels? Ahh yes, the shoe prints in the grass match the shoe prints from the hospital...call Roarke, call the cops, do something! Wow! She filled four bottles...amazing, I didn't know that much could come out at once. My son didn't nurse for very long, since his mom couldn't produce enough to satisfy him and so he went to formula pretty quickly. Yah! Maureen becomes Nancy Drew! Way cool beans! Take the pictures fast and then run fast to Anna-Kristina's place. And hopefully THEY won't get captured by the Komainen freakazoids...but the crazy family is probably clueless about A-K's existence. Oh yes, I have the titanic desire to cave in the skulls of Teppo's sibs as well...Leslie and Christian and the rest feel real to me, just like family. Ack! Chapter break... Gordon
PDXWiz 2008-01-23 ch 3,	abuseRed alert! Stalker in the brush...probably isn't Janine...or is it? No, I can't see her family (even those in Boston) pulling the crap at the re-coronation ceremony. I still think it's Teppo's mom, not to harp on my theory or anything... Oh, okay, so it won't be Janine. Good to see she'll get...at least SOME of what she wanted. Hmm, I wonder who can take on the job of food shopping for them now. If you don't tie up that thread in this story, it will be harder to do because most adults will be working and the kids will be in school until mid-afternoon. As usual, sound advice from Roarke. Leave an outside light on...catch a clefted chin. Yup, I was right, the hospital theft was related to the re-coronation incident. Yah, definitely not Janine. 'either this is a smaller island than we thought, or it's quite sparsely populated'. Janine would have already known that. Red alert for the doctor appointment! Hmm, wait a sec--sisters? Which of Teppo's sisters is organizing this? One of them actually liked her, didn't she? Or was that merely toleration because Leslie was married to her brother? Did they focus on Leslie because their father wasn't saved on FI, or Teppo died and Leslie didn't, or because their mother went off the deep end and blamed Leslie for taking her son? Food for thought here... Unless for some reason this is a plot by the Liljefors Clan? That would make absolutely no sense whatsoever, since Leslie's been a big part of their public redemption. And Liselotta found acceptance and friendship and love in the royal family, so, no, that was a silly idea. All three of us? Gleep! Revenge we've waited so long for...again, that sounds like Teppo's family. Perhaps Lempo is possessing them? But since Leslie and Christian love each other, that makes little sense. Love was a good thing in his book... Hehehe, if not for the threat hanging over their head, this could almost be interesting to see how Daddy handles the three triplets by himself. He should have at least grabbed one of the kitchen staff or Ingrid or one of his office staff to help carry the trips in... Wow! I like the sound of the volcano fantasy. That would be a neat story all on its own, complete with volcanic eruptions going off all around them as the story progressed. Oh well...I do hope that their 'foolproof way to predict eruptions' actually does work. Not sure how, since they don't have Star Trek sensor technology, but again, oh well...and it certainly would be a great boon for at least Fantasy Island's residents and tourists to be able to predict Tutumoa's activity level! Was the 1981 fantasy a televised episode? I don't recall many plots, but that would be pretty cool to eventually see that episode as I am a fan of geology and volcanology... Path to Mount Tutumoa...check. Report from the pineapple plantation...check. High school class request...check. But it is after three, and Christian should have been back after two...RED ALERT RED ALERT RED ALERT Ah, a Maureen visit. Hm, Pualani seems nice, and that's a pretty name. Introduce her to us sometime, will ya? LOL Wow, Grady actually got a cell phone? I'm amazed. I love tech, but I don't like cells. Uhoh...no babies...RED ALERT RED ALERT Great Pele! Oh boy, that's a great expression, I love it! I hope you recycle it for future usage. Probably not as often as herregud, but one call always hope... Damn, Roarke is missing too...time for Leslie to freak out... She should call the doctor's office and see what's up. Hmm, I thought LESLIE was supposed to be clearing that path and doing the plantation and high school business as well. It's about time she called the doctor's office! Sheesh... A great mystery...heheheh, gotta love that Myeko! This mess is gonna be FRONT PAGE NEWS! Checking the stuff Mariki found in the closet...omigosh, she's gonna see a picture of somebody with clefted chin, eh? Teppo's family...crap doodles on the moon! Where's Santa and his magic crystal snowball and sleigh when you need them to find Roarke? ARgh! Oh cool, Tattoo's painting. That will look so nice displayed in either the Main House or at the Enstad residence. :) It's nice Tattoo's work goes for astronomical prices; a nice legacy for him and his memory. Too bad it doesn't do more for Solange and the kids... Perhaps when Christian opens the office in Santi Arcuros (WHEN, not if, because he will do it) Leslie can also swing by Paris and see Solange and the now-grown kids, and realize how fast time has flown... Wow, what timing! There he is! And dayum, I think I was right about Teppo's family...groan, turn the page... Gordon
PDXWiz 2008-01-23 ch 2,	abuseOh, Christian, that IS a good idea! Maybe you or Leslie can recognize them. Gawrsh, what if they were part of Teppo's family? Will Leslie feel guilt, hatred, shock...what will her thoughts be? Boy, I wish I was going to the museum with them! It sounds like it will be a blast and a half! Woohoo! A token mention of Ormskagg! Heheheh...how I love that nickname! I'm glad Carl Johan and Christian can tease themselves so wonderfully about their father's coronation. I imagine that Leslie is quite, quite taken with the portrayals of her husband and his family some 42 years before, since she personally knows three of the participants (Christian, Carl Johan, and Anna-Laura). Having visited a couple of wax museums, I can appreciate her fascination with what she sees (although young Christian would certainly be more fascinating than Yoda...lol). LOL at Christian's joke about a wax figure of his re-crowning... Oh, that's cool. I like the idea of their signatures being displayed for all posterity in front of the restored crown. Ahh, good. Carl Johan also sees the wisdom of accepting Errico's offer. I hope Christian takes advantage of it. It will be a true win-win situation for everyone involved. That's a good idea. If he waits until after the first of the year, that will hopefully have given him enough time to relax and get prepared mentally and emotionally and physically recharged to deal with opening up the Santi Arcuros branch. And by the way, if Leslie and the triplets were to go, it would be good for her to spend time with Michiko and for Errico's kids to start bonding with the triplets (somewhat akin to Errico's and Christian's relationship as children, such as it was). (Also, it would give Ingrid a chance to go to yet another country besides FI and England and flying through the US.) Hahahah! Feeding our three little piglets...that's a great one! :) Somehow I think Tobias will wind up part Christian and part Roald... Cool! Lars' wife is a forensic scientist! Geekin' out here for a moment...at least Sundborg wouldn't be as bad as CSI's Las Vegas...(in real-life, Las Vegas has the nation's busiest CSI lab). I'm sorry Leslie didn't jump to an immediate recollection, but that was to be expected. I hope she remembers soon... Yah! They are finally, finally, FINALLY home! Or perhaps Roarke will remember something from the cleft chin clue, if in fact my hypothesis that Teppo's mom was involved (as Roarke had met Teppo and his parents). Good, Leslie's relaxing. I'm not surprised she would feel the most safest at the Main House. That's always been a focal point of her life--both living there after moving there and after Teppo's death, as well as working there. Oh crap...the theft at the hospital is sending my spider-senses into overtime, and they should send Leslie's off the wall too! I agree with Officer McKay. That hole in the shoe is what everything will turn on in this stolen medical supplies case. And perhaps more if it's related to the re-coronation ceremony incident, as I strongly suspect... Gordon

Yet again it shows that he is one smart cookie! Woohoo! The babies like being on tv...guess Christian should get used to the fact they are going to draw in a lotta spotlights! Haha! I think Christian's military training...as brief and uneventful as it was...probably helped inure him to what happened. I don't think that he's realized the depths of her paranoia, after her troubles with Michael Hamilton and Tituba and Mephi boy and Count Olaf the McFly... Hmm, the castle library seems as big as the one I work at! LOL Hey cool, I hope this chat with Liselotta can help Leslie overcome her fears... I'm sure Leslie's continued feelings will be of help to them. I'm glad that Errico insists on letting them use the plane again. (Poor Michiko will be EXTREMELY jet-lagged by the time she gets home to Arcolos! lol) Oh rats, I wanted to see what Christian's idea was. The chain of events that helped find Christian and the triplets could only happen on Fantasy Island...and I'm glad we had one more word from Teppo... Now what happens to the monsters who had such hatred for Leslie? And who proposes to who? Thanks for a rollercoaster ride that never stopped! And I raise a toast to our next trip to Fantasy Island!
