abuseLovely work! This was an absolute joy to read. It's so nice to know that people in this fandom care so much about getting the characters right.

abuseE! Absolutely brilliant! The dilemma was so plausible, it felt like I was reading a continuation of the actual book. And holy carps, the length! I would never be able to write this much. *applauds you*

There was one teensy problem I had, though, and that was with Chapter 20: Anathema telling Mr. Young that she and Newt were Adam's teachers. Shouldn't Mr. Young have recognized them as his neighbors? And even if he'd forgotten, Anathema could have easily reminded him. Oh well, the fic is so awesome, it overshadows such a trivial detail. ;D

abuseWow lotus! I love your writing so much!

You can really picture what's going on; your phrasing "so many loose ends to tie up. Or hack off entirely." was really powerful and was kind of "dun dun dun DUN". *opening of Beethoven's 5th*

All in all, it was a very entertaining fanfic and I look forward to reading more of your work.
