Aww, Jemma, this was awesome! I love to see some Charlie/Liam focused fic because they definitely didn't delve into much on the show. I really like the use of 2nd POV in this and the flow of the whole thing was wonderful. Some favs:

"What is love anyway, I ask. You fall on to your back and close your eyes sluggishly, ignoring the question. You don’t know and I doubt you care. At the moment, anyway."

Works really well both ways. Charlie to Liam: referring to Liam's wife and how he abandoned Charlie and the band for his new life. Liam to Charlie: great reference to Claire's entrance that changed Charlie forever.

This is just wonderful. You can feel the brotherly-bond in this. Very touching!
