I just finished reading and I really enjoyed it. Yes, I do feel you portrayed Edward's anguish quite accurately. It was very good work!

Oh my gosh what a fantastic story! I can't believe how perfectly you captured edwards feelings, his unbearable pain and undying love for bella.
It's so wonderful, although it naturally has to be tragic and sad. This is exactly what I would have imagined edward to feel in this situation.
Really, the onpy downside I can find in your story is that it's over now. I really wish you would continue or write more stories from edwards point of view - reading them would definitely worthwhile.
In any case, this story will without any doubt make it to my favorites and never ever leave that list

I think you made edward's pain more like one of a human after losing an important person in their life. He is a vampire so he feels so much more and secondly his relationship with Bella is so intense and complex that that kind of love is almost unimaginable and thus would be the pain. I think it needed to be much Darker but otherwise, Great Job.

That was a great rendition of Edward's suffering after "the phone call". However, the thing that make Edward's pain seem so deep in the book are his facial expressions. The true depth of his pain is simply inconcievable, and impossible to put in words. I'm not sure that he was thinking coherently at all. Nonetheless, you still did a good job - the idea is simply very difficult to describe.
