When I read your summary I was really interested in this story idea, and for good reason. Your content is great, however I think you should just keep it to Rei's perspective. When she described her relationship with Jade (and death), it was personal, poignant, and meaningful, which is absolutely beautiful. Your rhythm of time passage was also very easy to follow, but I would spend a little more time creating scenarios for each section - it would create a sense of relating to Rei more. All in all, a really good job! I'll be looking for more of your stuff soon.
