Wow, this is quite the flip around 180. It seems that what comes around goes around and what is really what it isn't. Poor Hikaru, finally sees the truth that Haruhi is the girl Kaoru also wawnts and is in love with and is jealous of Haruhi's smile towards Kaoru just like Kaoru was jealous of Hikaru's artistic ability when they were younger. But at this time is Kaoru to come out ahead, but the conflict is, this is his beloved brother. I like how a little twisted and conflicted the story is in your tale of the twins and Haruhi. Although, I heart Hikaru and Haruhi together, I've also wanted Kaoru to finally man up and take a chance at happiness for himself because he is so nice and calm and Haruhi recognizes that.

This was cute Kaoru and Haruhi spending time together and hanging out and I love how blunt and forward she was to call Kaoru out on holding back his true feelings for her and everything else. That he's been keeping his happiness for the sake of his brother, but that the person he's been fooling himself that he's not in love with, he seems to cant lie anymore to himself or to Haruhi and now she has just asked him out on a date that should've been his in the first place and not Hikaru. Cute.

I don't really like the KaoruXHaruhi pairing ... But I'm not sure wether that's because I prefer Hikaru more myself or if it's because I like Kaoru more myself LOL but anyways AWSOME 'two shot' (woah totaly spelt two shit at first lol)

It's absolutely beautiful ...
This story deserves far more attention that it does right now. Something as striking as this should be very popular on fanfiction. There's not so much plot as there is deep sentimentality and poise. Not prose, but poise. Hikaru's jealousy's and Kaoru's loveache for Haruhi isn't overdone. Your writing's very elegant and not tried. I'm not a very good reviewer since all I know how to do is compliment your story and lavish you with adjectives, but I want you to know that I meant it all and it was all true. :)

I like this because I really think that if Haruhi was to be with one of the twins, it would be Kaoru...for his selflessness. Most people tend to write Hikaru with Haruhi, and I haven't found many stories exploring Haruhi's feelings of Kaoru's sacrificial nature...but then you have to think, would Kaoru really be with Haruhi if she left Hikaru? Wouldn't he be too worried for Hikaru's feelings?

Beautiful. I can just iamgine the cherry blossoms in my mind, and Kaoru and Haruhi just hanging out in such a scenery. I can imagine everything so well, and this... was just amazing. I feel bad for Hikaru, but I can't help but feel all warm and fuzzy when I think of Kaoru and Haruhi loving eachother.

It's nice to see Hikaru sort of feeling like the third wheel instead of Kaoru, since it's so uncommon to see. It's always 'Kaoru feels left out when Hikaru hangs out with Haruhi because of his feelings for her and blah blah blah because he loves him (or her on some occasions). It's just a nice change, is all. I love your description, your story telling... everything. This was awesome, please write more! But maybe some fluffy-ish KaoHaru instead of angsty KaoHaru. That'd be nice~

I think you really pulled off the conflict between the two of them. It's sad, in a subtle, melancholic way, and your writing style is still as beautiful as ever. :>

AWW.. this was soo sad, it almost made me cry. (my eyes were getting watery) lol anyway. I have to agree you got Haru's and the twins characters perfectly. Even though I hate the KaoxHaru and Hikaxharu pairing, I saw that you wrote this and I love your stories so why not give it a shot. Well I loved the story.

... Oh my god. I love this so much. It's so... well in character. Haruhi, and the Hitachiins... Man I really envy that. XD I can't wait for more.
