You should submit this to halo. Fan Fiction!
Also, when you're at HBO's fan fiction section, search for stories by the author "Azrael". His stories have a similar style to yours, and you could probably get some really good ideas from his stories (Minutemen: Cronin Protocol and Minutemen: Battle of Boston) which have really amazing character development.

Good play with the names :P Do we get to hear Charles-man scream "GHOST BUSTERS" any time during the story?

You have a couple spelling and error mistakes, but nothing glaring.
