May I suggest posting this story to one of LiveJournal communities as well? Because there's no shortage of Russian-speaking fans of Harry Potter fanfiction on that site, and you'd get more readers that way. Just ask the members of ru_realpotter (or other) community for the most appropriate place to post it. Or create your own journal for posting this fic and invite others to read it. People on LiveJournal are much more likely to leave feedback, and I think your work should be appreciated, too! Best of luck with your translation!
