I love it, and I think that Peter and Ed's part was wonderously done. Funny of that nasty faun to lord his forgivness above Edmund's head. He is a child, where as Tumnus was not. I've never liked Tumnus though, I truely despise him. You owe me nothing, I was more than glad to help. all my love, Kay

KCS 2008-10-02 ch 9,	abuseHeck, that was more than worth the wait. And you wrote this despite writer's block? Sheesh, I should have that problem... :) It really was lovely, and filled in so many holes both Lewis and Disney left out. I always wondered why no one was shown giving Peter any TLC after he got stabbed in the movie, and your filling that gap in was masterly. This line, especially: “Some man in a red suit gives him a sword and shield,” she said, her voice showing less anger than her eyes, “and he thinks he's St. George. I'll get the healers.” -- cracked me up - it was just too perfect! I have to say, I understand Tumnus's bitterness, but when you come down to it betrayal is betrayal, whether the actual act was committed only in mind or in body. Just because the Faun repented of the thing at the last second doesn't make him any less guilty of the spirit of the law at least, if not the letter. But just my opinion, and perhaps I'm a bit biased because I love Ed so much. :D I could go on and on, but suffice it to say it was the most enjoyable way to spend twenty minutes that I've had in quite some time - and just when I needed it today, too. Thanks very much. re-reads AN WHAT? Only one more chapter? cries
elecktrum 2008-10-02 ch 9,	abuseThe three conversations in this were each brilliant in their own way. So much was revealed about the characters by their words and actions - Peter's caring, protective nature, Tumnus' bitterness and stiff-necked determination to be hurt, Aslan's absolute love. Aslan breathing upon Narnia to heal it and the victims of the Witch was such a beautiful moment, and the conversation that followed was just as beautiful and mysterious, yet wonderfully comforting. Edmund's determination to repair and restore both Narnia and himself had me smiling because I can exactly picture the moment and the resolved look on his face. Only one more chapter? Damn.

ilysia 2008-10-01 ch 9,	abuseWell, you may take your time between updates but your chapters certainly make up in length what they lack in frequency. grins I really liked this chapter- the mood changes from happy to upset to nervous were very natural, all with a thread of wisdom running through them. Your joking Squirrels made me smile, for it was a very Narnian thing to write. And Aslan!
Scooby Lady 2008-10-01 ch 9,	abuseAwsome fic, I loved it and still do. I first found this fic a few months ago but, sort of lost interest when it wasn't updated. I got an account on and couldn't remember the title of the fic nor the author. So glad I finally found it at last. You did a great job on this, you described Edmund's personality and thoughts so well. I can't wait for the next chapter- please don't take to long updating it its really good and I like to know what happens next.

I note that you have also listed a whole heap of other stories which you have written but which are not at this site. Would you consider posting a link in your bio so that we can read your other work? The homepage linked to an art page which was too big for my limited (aka crappy) dial-up service to cope with, but didn't seem on what I could see to contain fan-fic. I'd love to read more of your Narnia fiction.

Though - and here is a prediction worthy of a centaur - i reckon i might like all of them. ;P I loved the bit where Ed was thinking about how all heroes had a weakness before they were enchanted, and the enchantment just played on that weakness. that was great; so true. I'm really enjoying this story - the conclucions ed comes to are quite mature, but he was in a situation most adults would have dificulty dealing with, so its perfectly suitable. Great job; you'll hear from me again tomorrow. HORRAY! My work day is over! :D Love Bundi

Its great that you are able to write different genres so well. Though a profile hardly counts as a genre... ;P I thought this was great, and i am really looking forward to reading the rest of it. i loved your reason as to why ed's faith in peter was broken. Good job. after reading this, i have a feeling that you will be great at writing the brotherly relationship between peter and Edmund - as they are my favourite characters to read about, i'm really looking forward to future chapters.
