| Bishop T 2008-02-02 ch 7, | abuseI'm glad Louisa realized that she needed to break away from her sisters and start living her own life. Bravo! How heart warming for Mr. Nordeman to be reunited with his long lost daughter. There is nothing more satisfying in knowing who you are and what stock you come from. |
| Bishop T 2008-02-02 ch 6, | abuseYippy! Talk about a double blessing! A wife and daughter in one day! |
| Bishop T 2008-02-02 ch 4, | abuseWow! Wouldn't it be cool if Mr. Nordeman and Emmy were r4elated? What if she is his daughter? What a trip! What a wonderful romantic ending to this chapter. |
| Bishop T 2008-02-02 ch 3, | abuseLeslie gave great advise. She has a lot of common sense. It is going to be interesting to see what happens at the Luau. |
| Bishop T 2008-02-02 ch 1, | abuseGreat beginning! I am especially interested in the second fantasy. I love Cinderella stories. |
| PDXWiz 2008-02-01 ch 7, | abuseA highly successful double fantasy! Roarke deservedly feels very happy about the whole outcome. Yes, her successful fantasy will definitely be a great turning point in Louisa's life, especially in regards to Kristen. And Toni, I think, will be happy and supportive with her. Maybe someday she'll come back to FI to attend Louisa's wedding to Rudolf...sigh, I'm an incurable romantic... Ah ha, more cool story-telling at the other place... yes, I think you can do a great job writing about them at F-Place. Good luck with that, I'll be eagerly waiting with bells on! Hmm, what a cliffhanger. I wonder if it could be Jamie Marsh; or maybe Solange... On to the future with a great writer! Wu hu! Gordon |
| PDXWiz 2008-02-01 ch 6, | abuseHow cool, another royal wedding at Fantasy Island. Let's see, two for Christian, and then Gerhard, and then Anna-Laura, and I don't remember, did Errico and Michiko marry here, or just meet here? Perhaps they can convice Errico's brother to marry the wine-maker here...that would give the island all sorts of awesome publicity, triggering more and more fantasies (well, of the love-seeking and royalty types, at least)... Hooray! Louisa came to the wedding! Too bad Emmy/Robia had to miss her dad's wedding (should he turn out to be her dad, of course...I'm thinking we'll find out today) More cute scenes with the kids... Hmm. I wonder if Magga prefers women to men? That might explain her desire for privacy. Or maybe she doesn't want to be around kids. I don't know. I can't figure her out yet. I love all the rest of the family, however. Geez, those silly native girls. It should have been obvious that tape was being used for the rest of the streamers. Sheesh! Heheheh! I love the scene of Tobias and the hammer! Really realistic! Yes, Emmy's coming! They are related! At least...I think that's what this means. IF so...Celebrate good times, come on! Hm...break the news in private...am I right or not? The suspense is killing me...good job with this stuff! hehehe A tooth! Wahu! He's teething! Prince Tobias the Toothed... oh boy, I'm too gonzo for words! LOL I love how excited Carl Johan was for Christian, giving him the backslap and all about Tobias' tooth. Cool, Louisa scores points with Christian! Hehehe... Okay, here's Emmy...do we find out now? YES! YES YES YES! he screams from the mountaintops... Yes, St. Cloud is very close to Minneapolis. Truly a small world, made smaller by the connections between Roarke and FI and all the rest... He's crying! He's really and truly got a heart inside that iron shell... Hmm, I'm tearing up... More fun stuff for Anna-Laura to deal with...it just never ends, ever since Christian came down to do a job for Brian and Lauren... and more fun to add to her historical info about the family, and now to gain a daughter. How neat that in trying to deal with the loss of her daughter and son-in-law, she gained a husband and step-daughter... :) And Christian will have a few more pages to add to the family website. And Gregory's going to get to sell a lot more issues with his neat twin stories of marrying a princess AND re-discovering a long-lost daughter...och, how wonderful! Hey, that was super-cool, pronouncing them father and daughter! Another very good chapter! Time to catch our breath and finish up this story... Gordon |
| PDXWiz 2008-02-01 ch 5, | abuseOnce again, a groovy scene with the trips...they are so totally adorable and cute-o-riffic! I know Mr. Nordeman is being rather high-handed, but considering he lost his family all those years ago, I'm perfectly happy to overlook his attitude. I think that down deep, he is a good guy. Obviously Anna-Laura agrees with me, she's gonna marry him and they will live happily ever after. I just hope Roarke and Leslie aren't overly offended by his behavior. Yes, Roarke has to match Nordeman's attitude, to reign him in. I don't like seeing him behave that way, but sometimes he has to. Fortunately, he's got a heart of gold that's three times bigger than the Grinch's... Yup, Roarke is dah winnah and still cham-peen...lol Cool, another lunch for Rudolf and Louisa! YES! They are linked by the same charity already! Oh happy day! (does a happy dance) Ya know, the press will have a field day should Emmy turn out to be Robia, and LJ will be even happier about the wedding. And then her best friend will be marrying Rudolf, and so...oh it's all so neat-o-riffic! Rats, I didn't realize Anna-Laura and Rudolf didn't run the charity. Won't be quite as easy of a resolution to this fantasy as I'd thought. Oh, drat, did she do it again?? Argh! Yeah, he's got the Enstad temper alright... I'm sure Kristen is no Einstein...she got the weather job due to her physical nature, not her looks. Probably wants to become a news anchor someday... Yahu! He likes smart gals! HAHA! Caught in his own trap... LMAO! It really would be a lot easier for them to go out on dates! HAHAHAHAHA! Hehehe! This was another great scene! I love how well the Leslie connection is fixing both of these very damaged girls (damaged in different ways, of course)... To Chapter 6! Gordon |
| PDXWiz 2008-02-01 ch 4, | abuseThese are two really cool fantasies you have going on here. They complement each other really well, and mix very well with the wedding. Sounds like Roarke's hand in things again...lol I think they keep the world's paper plate and plastic fork industry alive there just with the Saturday night luaus! LOL Emmy's really fun. But I love how Rudolf likes Louisa's giggle...Yes, they've definitely clicked! Hey, she can help him keep him in practice with her English slang! LOL Hm, I've rarely seen Anna-Laura at a loss for words; she's very aplomb. But she was stunned enough to keep talking in jordiska because of Louisa's excellent Swedish... Yes, Louisa! That's right...the charity is just what the doctor ordered, and it will allow you to make a love connection with Rudolf all that much easier... OMG! She is Nordeman's daughter, isn't she? Oh that would be so extremely cool...his daughter and his future niece-in-law are each other's best friends...oh, if only it would work out this way so that they can be together in Lilla Jordso...and it would so stick in Kristen's craw, and Toni would be very happy with her (and thereby connect Toni with Leslie, however distant familially they might be...) OMG! she looks like Delilah, she must be! She must be his daughter...oh please let it be... Hooray! Ambassadorships between FI and LJ would just rock. Gawrsh, I'm such a geek about the world you've created... Actually, I think they could get 200 ambassadors, but they'd have to put them over by the Coral Island Air Force Base (I believe there's enough room over there for some embassies) or on some of the other islands in the group, and thereby develop them as well... Yes, night is a lot more interesting than daytime...that is a great turn of phrase for someone who is usually tongue-tied... I'd love to see that notebook of her thoughts, seems like it would be a great read! You don't happen to have access to it, do you? Wow, whatta neat kiss! Great way to end the night... Onto the next chapter posthaste! Gordon |
| PDXWiz 2008-02-01 ch 3, | abuseI'm glad Emmy's enjoying her fantasy...now let's see how she responds to Louisa's depression... Oh poor Louisa, she's got so much to overcome...the scene with Emma is pretty well done. Yes, Rudolf, it was the right thing to do. She is a good person, she's just got as much baggage to overcome as your Uncle Christian did...you are a good man, surely you can see this and help her overcome it... She shall overcome... She shall overcome... He's right...there is something between them, that's why they are treading on each other's sensibilities! Oh! Ooh! Yah! Going to the luau with Rudolf! Wu and hu! Good night! That is a crowded car, but how could she get herself in the back with THREE carseats? Must be some of Roarke's magic...lol Ya know, I just realized, since Carl Johan and Amalia are such easy-going people, they make excellent companions and friends for Christian and Leslie. I think the age differences (what, ten years I guess?) don't matter at all... LOL at Rudolf's equating the Enstad household to a barnyard, after Christian put his foot in it (rather like I tend to do...hm...) Yes...not only did Christian rub off on Roald and Gerhard and Anna-Kristina (well, except for being able to cure her of her dress addiction snicker), he rubbed off on Rudolf, too! LOL for all the jokes about sleeping with the servants! LOL... 'Did you clarify it for her?' said Leslie. 'No.' LOL Rudolf, ya big dork...now you gotta explain things to her. I have a suspicion that the degree of what you need to clarify could equal her self-criticism, and she can help you change your life as well as you can change hers... Good advice, Leslie. I hope it all works well tonight at the luau... 'Did Mr. Roarke teach you to read minds as well?' LOL...I like Rudolf, he's cool! Goody! Now it's time for the luau... Gordon |
| PDXWiz 2008-02-01 ch 2, | abuseWow, hair long enough to sit on. Reminds me of my ex-wife's hair. Hers did get that long, and I was always rolling over on it in the middle of the night, klutz that I am, and pulling on it and waking her up... She always said she'd gotten it cut to neck/shoulder length to make it easier to deal with, but I wonder... Oh no, a bossy older sister...sheesh... Thigh-length hair? Oh crud, I'm gonna have nightmares tonight...heheh, just kidding. Wow, Deborah cut off so much hair, you could make a wig out of it! LOL Wow, Christian's new print sounds beautiful...too bad ya gotta go to FI to see it...(pouts petulantly) Cool, this time Roald is getting along with the Ichinos. Very good, he has grown some... Leslie's right, as long as they are around, it will have to be the Royal Bungalow... WOW! Rudolf likes her...could it be wedding bells? And yes, I think she knows German...let me do a quick back peek and I'll get right back to you...yes, I was right...oh so very cool! Rudolf has a good sense of humor...'an American who can speak something besides English'--right after that hook that looks like a possible job opening for Louisa (and possible romance, of course)...and then Louisa's rejoinder "Well, not all of us are ignorant provincials" LOL I've heard of St. Olaf College, haven't I? Or is that merely a wink to Golden Girls? A crossover...extremely nifty! It is pretty neat that Louisa likes cats, and that Anna-Kristina does too. I'm sure Rudolf got used to having the cats around the castle before she moved southwest... My cousin the cannibal...great line...lol Personally, I think it's very cool to be bilingual. Several of my coworkers are bilingual (English and Spanish, or Russian, or Vietnamese, or Chinese, and another friend knows American Sign Language to the point of seeming fluency). I feel my efforts to use Spanish words merely comes off as some sort of Spanglish slang or patois (or even babytalk), but they seem to appreciate my efforts. Of course, considering how many Americans don't try to learn another language, they are probably happy I'm trying to make any sort of effort in their own language. Rudolf is an excellent luncheon partner. And he is very clearly interested in her, and she makes him laugh. I think this could be a very good match for both of them, especially once she can get over the bulk of her shyness. Hey, that's neat, he really digs his work in the gardens! (And I'm sorry for the pun :( ) Oh no, she accidentally offended him because she doesn't understand him yet...I hope they can fix this! (he said anxiously, wondering if he should bite his nails in anticipation...) Oh, crap doodles~! Next chapter, and I feel sorry for Louisa... Gordon |
| jtbwriter 2008-02-01 ch 7, | abuseThat is so wonderful! What a miracle of chances, and the vivid way both "Robia" and Kristen's fantasies dovetailed into Anna-Laura's wedding...just right! And the way Leslie helped Kristen...just right-she gave a human touch to the way Kristen felt...Thanks for another great trip to Fantasy Island..I look forward to hearing more about our new couple! |
| Harry2 2008-02-01 ch 7, | abuseI will be looking forward to the new material my friend. After all, you ARE bookmarked on my alert list! Now, lets see what is coming up NEXT on Fantasy Island! |
| Harry2 2008-02-01 ch 6, | abuseNow THIS is a wedding ceremony worthy of Fantasy Island! Not only does Nordstrom get his princess bride, but he also gets his little girl back as well! HIP HIP HORRAY! HUZZAH! |
| PDXWiz 2008-02-01 ch 1, | abuseYah! Anna-Laura's gonna marry Mr. Nordeman! Wu and hu! Cool, Gabby's coming and she's never been to the island yet... Hehehe. I like the idea of drafting Carl Johan and Amalia to do triplet duty... Hmm, Miss Campbell seems to have an interesting time ahead of her, and so does Miss Karlsen. Ooh! Ooh! They are trying to move on their own...how precious! I LOVE the phrase wee honeypots! I can't help but think of Mr. Scott's warp engines when hearing 'bairns', however... Yah! Karina likes Louisa! Very precious! Yup, Fantasy Island is probably the best place to find Emmy's ancestry. I always wonder where he gets a hold of the huge number of documents he uses for these secret-unveiling fantasies... Hmm, I don't know anything about British kidnapings of the 1970s (sounds like a Jeopardy question), but maybe there's a weird chance she is related to one of Christian's employees in the London office. Hey, it's a small world after all (watches everyone reading this cringe...) I wonder how these two became friends. If Emmy was brought up in the Hebrides...she's only been in St. Paul a short time. Hmm, curiouser and curiouser... Oh, just scrolled back up and she she works there. Okey dokey... I kinda expected that would be the fate of the Komainens: Niilo to the nuthouse like his mom, Antti and Liisa to jail and loss of their previous jobs. I really want to see Visitations, but I guess I'd have to go to Fantasy Island just to see the dvd... Kristen has four dogs and six parakeets? (feels his eye pop out like an old cartoon character) Working for an international charity is an important job. I hope she comes to discover that she has it pretty good, but in a way that makes her feel good and not all blushy-blushy. Heh, Chocolate and Cinnamon sing to her...LOL, that's cool. Hmm, maybe she'll wind up relocating to FI...no, better yet, to London with Emmy if she were to turn out related to one of Enstad Computer Services' employees...and consider how big they would be after this last project with the History Hunters, they just might need to hire Louisa! Oh, cool, Toni's in Hawaii, just a short plane trip away from FI... That's an interesting saying, I must admit. But what if you have one hundred acquaintances and a good friend? Truly lucky, methinks... Kewl, a language buff! Perhaps this will have something to do with the fantasy's resolution (hint hint)... This story is off to a great start! I'm hooked... Gordon |
