This story is perfect. I was actually on the verge of tears several times while reading. I loved it!

I don't review often, since I have no account or anything here.
But this was just an amazing story, I cried (in that really cathartic way that makes you feel better afterwards) through a good majority of it.
The funeral was beautiful, George breaking down and Luna reading his speech was great.
I'm still a little tongue tied, that's how emotional I got. Anyway, great job, I'm now going to see if you have other stories for me to read!

Wow. This was beautiful. Really. I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get to it - I have to admit, I was a bit intimidated by the length of it. But now that I just got around to it, I just couldn't stop reading.

I think this could've easily been the continuation of the book. Your Harry-perspective seems just so right, so like the books. You've got his relationship with Ginny captured very well in here. I really love that things aren't completely easy for them after everything, but that they still seem to somehow manage to find their way back to each other. But I think that writers who have them just jump into each other's arms and snog and then be happy ever after are hard to believe - I think it would take them a bit of time to really, really find each other again, even if they would be there for each other during the hard times. I loved the flashback - very nice, realistic scene. I love that she made him stay.

You've got Ron and Hermione so right. I love that things seem to be easier for them. It should be, they know each other so well, and they've waited so long. And he needs her, so much, right then, and I'm just so happy reading about them. Even if it breaks my heart how much she has to help him (especially at the funeral - I think that was the worst part of all in this, when he dropped his head into his hands...).

I LOVE that you had Luna read the speech instead when George couldn't do it. I also love that you had him unable to do it. I really believe he wouldn't be able to cope with that, which is why I didn't do anything like that in my funeral story. I considered it, seeing as many people do that, but in my head, he just couldn't. So your way was perfect. And I love Luna. Everything she said was so her, and so perfect in that situation.

Ron and Harry waiting with George was wonderful. His anger was just so heart-breaking, and Ron's understanding was really admirable. I love how much he has matured.

I love that you ended it on a sense of hope. It was really needed after all that hard stuff.

As you can tell by the number of times I've used the word in this review, I loved this. Maybe not as much as your later work, because I can tell your writing has improved a bit with time (which is a compliment, don't take it as anything else!) - but this was really wonderful too. It's just that your standard is SO high nowadays. But I loved this too. Really. And I'll get to reading your second story too soon, though not tonight, as my eyes are barely managing to stay open right now...

One little tihng, though: (And this is just a pet peeve of mine) you said "Muggle's" when it should really just be "Muggles" since it's just the plural form. If there's an apostrophe, it's means possession, like "the Muggle's story." So if you could pretty please remove that apostrophe? Thanks!

That was really good. You wrote it so well and I thought you brought the emotion through really well. I loved how you captured everything and I liked how Ginny and Harry weren't really close at first... Really good.

I loved this! Fred's death hit me the hardest of all in the books. My heart goes out to George, and I loved how Luna stood up and read what George had written for him. It needed to be said.

I completely loved this, it's definitely one of the best and truest fics I've read about how the loss of Fred affected those around him. Everything was perfect, and there were so many great moments in it: particular highlights were Luna speaking at the funeral, which was just so in character and brought a lump to my throat, and the sequence with George at the cemetery. All of your characterisations were spot-on, I think, and Harry's narration was completely canon. I thought you also got the balance of the relationships just right too, particularly between the all of the trio and Harry and Ginny. Just brilliant. You managed to make me cry, and that's not easily done!
