Fantastic little story. Favorited.

I didn't check your stories out looking for a Forever Knight fic, but now that I have found this, I will be forever grateful that I did.

This is a well written story, it is tight and well within the voices of the characters. I watched the show when it first came out on TV and even wrote some fics in the 90's, but I never handled a topic like this. Faith is so easy to see when we are young and open but life's experiences seem to blind us all. Oh, to be childlike again.

I look forward to reading more of your work.

Great story.

Wow, this was really good, and it's always nice to see an FK fic these days, but I have a couple of history nit-picks.

First, early 13th century art was very primitive. This was before the artistic revolution of the renaissance. It's pretty unlikely that Rochefort would have be able to recognize Nick from a portrait.

Second, the Knights Templar were wiped out in 1307, for a Knight Templar to have written a letter to Joan of Arc, he'd have to have been over a hundred years old. I'm kind of surprised that Rochefort didn't realize that.

Lovely story, nicely done. One of the best.

This is the best FK story I have ever read, it has depth, scope and an intense exploration of faith and forgiveness. It is too bad the writers of FK had so little of your talent. I hope you continue to write I will certainly to read.

A very good story! I haven't looked at FK in ages, and I didn't remember details of the episode you were referencing. But you reprised enough that anyone familiar with the basics of the FK universe would understand it. Great work.

This was a very good story. I enjoyed following Father Rochefort as he researched the letter and how it lead him to Nick. The meeting between them was a lot of fun, and I really liked the ending.
