neoswordmaster 2008-02-24 . chapter 1Good job on doing one of the few(so far) Apollo Justice fanfics.
Kudos, also, for doing one of my favorite characters from the game.
Funny, cute, and enjoyable.
Oh, and the reference is Sow-crates. |
ritachi 2008-02-09 . chapter 1All I can say is that I absolutely love this "story"- and I use the term loosely because, frankly, it's not much a story. Nevertheless, I love it. I love Trucy. I love Polly. And I love this. I kind of wished you added a bit more humour with Trucy and Phoenix rather than Trucy and Polly, but it's fine. I still find it as whimsical as "Mysterious Magician Trucy." (Too bad I couldn't find the reference T_T)
My favourite one was probably shopping.
Shopping:
The most unexpected thing that Apollo had ever heard was Trucy saying “Ugh, I hate shopping!...”
I absolutely loved this one. It was so funny and cute, and just so Trucy-like. She's such a fun character, and I'm simply happy that this one portrayed it as so. I thought it was the best. But I can't say that I didn't have other favourites. I loved "Companion" (can't forget good ol'Charley!), "A First Job" (the running gag of Defense Attorneys being dirt poor always get me), "Snow" (I can just see little Trucy telling Phoenix that, and his face expression as well as his little sarcastic remark in the back of his mind), "Storm" (I can just see Trucy laughing like a madwoman with the "ho ho ho" while Apollo just looks at her with disbelief), "Beach" (laughter just comes; 'nough said), "Pride" (just so sweet), "Flags" (simple sibling interaction rates high in my book), "Excess" (reminds me so much of Maya and her Steel Samurai collection), "Philosophy" (just so cute and funny; I cracked at the Johnson remark), definitely "Problem Solved" (it speaks for itself), "Science" (utterly cute and adorable), "Sin" (sure, Trucy, you didn't steal the last cookie ^^), and lastly, "Court". Court was the perfect ending to such a great story. I loved it very, very much. Great job. The only thing I found myself getting a bit iffy on was the punctuation all over the page, inconsistent with the rules. But those are the breaks. Nonetheless, I still loved "Child of Magic" because Trucy is just love. |
