Great story, never really thought before on how they got back to the Impala! Loved the conversation between the boys in the car, it really made the fic, talking about old hunts and then the one that Sam had read about in their dad's journal, and the banter too was perfect.

I liked this one-it was funny to read of Dean ragging on the other car. Nothing will ever be as good as his Impala.
One thing that I noticed which was slightly odd was this

This was noticeable to me because of the quotation marks. I would think that a dash would be better, so that it went

Time in the car together, even if it's not the Impala! Gives them plenty to talk about. Still getting reacquainted and figuring out who they've become.

Okay so I started out laughing with this one and ended up laughing, but the middle... Loved Sam's sudden realization that it was the idea of no control on the plane, and while Sam was away at Stanford, that was what really bothered Dean. And of course the real reason Dean got on that plane was to watch his brother's back. Dean's perception of Sam's thoughts was perfect. Again I love how you have the boys wanting to learn whatever they could about their time apart. I also love that you stick to the 3-4 year college gap. Never doubted that the creatures you write about could be found out there just didn't realize so many were ugy! Oh, and a trucker with a Hello Kitty obsession now that's something to be scared of! And my favorite band is AC/DC so thanks for that too! Once again another awesome chapter in the lives of Sam and Dean. Thanks!
