This is good for someone who doesn't know Itachi. I'll tell you a few things though. The Mangekyo Sharingan cannot be used to bring pleasure. Only pain. It brings the person it is used on into an illusion that cannot be broken by the person it is used on. When Kakashi and Itachi first encounter each other, Itachi uses it on Kakashi and Kakashi was down and out within 1 second. One second in reality seems like days in the world that the Mangekyo Sharingan creates. Itachi crucified Kakashi and stabbed him repeatedly. The Mangekyo Sharingan also takes up a major amount of chakra, so Itachi can only use it once in a day. It also does MAJOR damage to the eyes, so Itachi is actually going blind because of the Mangekyo Sharingan, so he wouldn't use it on Kakashi like he did in your story. The Uchiha clan is known for theor fire jutsus so that is another thing about Itachi.
