Many want to think that Mukuro is to honorable and civilized to eat human flesh, but it would be niavie to think so. we eat cattle, chickens, pigs and some people at one time... ate their dead. Its unrealistic to think that the higher ups of makai would think it barbaric to eat a creature they find infioror. So while some have changed their veiws of such things such as Raizen or Enki, I warm to the idea that others have a taste for it.
