I like what you're doing with the line "A little," as I've done the same thing recently in a Ryan/Chad friendship fic of mine (Revelations: Orientation, if you want to check it out!) with the line "Not quite right." I loved the idea, I loved the execution, and I loved the humorous implications.

If anything, I want more explanation for Chad's finding Ryan cute. Boys don't find other boys cute on a regular basis. He has to change somewhat in the narration, and you don't quite justify that enough for us. I know it's a short!one-shot, but I needed that little justification, to be sure, and preferably in a scene so that I can be shown Chad's change from canon (where he's still straight).

Otherwise, I loved this. A cute idea, nice narration, useful dialogue, and smart tone. You carry the comparison with the "A little" line with ease and a strong, logical viewpoint. A good exercise! :)

I love the Princess Bride! It's so cool how you incorporated it into High School Musical. I don't think Disney would approve of it, but I sure do!
