Whoa.

I’m honestly not just saying this – this was PHENOMINAL! I’m immensely impressed. This is, by far, the best piece I’ve read in “The Outsiders” section. I continually say “it’s nearly impossible to portray Dallas Winston – I don’t even bother to attempt to capture his persona when I write. It’s far too difficult.” Then, I read this, and damn do you make it seem like the easiest thing to write – flawless. You wrote Johnny so well, too! I adore how it begins, I adore how it ends – frankly, I adore every word of it! It’s brilliant. So, so brilliant. I’d say more but I truly don’t know where to begin, nor where to end. To sum things up, it was faultless.

Sorry the review is so short. I, honestly, don't know what to say, though. I'm in shock.

You are such a great writer. I am amazed at your second person writing ability. Not many people choose that point of view to write in and you did it perfectly. I'm glad you did too, because it really fits the story. It's really sad. You just gotta love the Dally/Johnny friendship. Loved the ending:

Dally´s point of view is very touching, too. The flashbackes were a great idea...

This was ever sweeter than Three AM, you know that? Maybe because no one ever sees a slightly soft side of Dally, but a well written soft side. Not that many people can write Dally and Johnny's relationship well - I think you're one that can. I love Dally thinking that he'd do anything for Johnnycake, because I think he would. The little snippets of Dally's past were also pretty good.
