Sasuke did seem a tiny bit OOC at the end there, but of course any sort of caring Sasuke is OOC in itself xDD So it's really no problem.

That was long. But it was worth it. The action scenes were really engaging (trying to read this at work was a bad idea because it distracted me so much). The romance was ok. It was slightly fluffier than I was expecting, and I agree with you that Sasuke seemed a bit out of character, but that's romance for ya.
