Your take on Leia's character is interesting.

I liked the following aspect - very bold of you to write it that way, but exactly what Han would think if he lost Leia in a way like it happened in your story:

"Don't you EVER wish Leia's morals and decency and compassion on my baby girl. They only got Leia killed. I watch Anakin break into tears when he sees the other boys with their moms. I'm not thrilled right now by my wife's righteous self-sacrifice."

I've read this story three times now and it still brings me to tears. I think that you have captured exactly how Han would react to Leia's death.

I usually don't go in for the AU stuff, but something made me read this and it was so good.

The last line really got me. Perfect. Truth is, that's probably how Leia will die- doing something heroic and suicidal. Good job on this!

That was so sad! Seriously, I don't get worked up over fics, specially ones about Leia because her Worshipfulness got annoying sometimes - but gosh, this was sad.
