This fanfic is completely amazing. I'm surprised at how well they seemed to be in character. (lots of people totally screw up that part and it makes the fanfic less enjoyable)

There were some grammar mistakes like having two tenses in one sentence, e.g., would and think. You get the picture. Other words are misspelled... Can't remember what they were though. although Temari had been cleared up by the second chapter's author comment.

The plot and flow were very well done.

Good for you! I really liked the characters in this because they all seem very like--well... themselves! Especially, Gaara-sama. But, I would have had him on top even though he's "weak" like that... Anyway, how you presented the elements of a short really were very good.

I have just one question though. Why did the sand ignore the attack? I don't know if in this short he no longer has Shukaku, but, still, it doesn't quite fit the eat-sand-kunai-even-though-Gaara-is-not-aware-of-you description of the sand Gaara possess. This was demonstrated during the Chuunin Exams when he fought with Lee.
