That was a fresh view of Itachi. I liked how Sasuke didn't show up that much, as it would've completely defeated the purpose of writing a story like this. Great job!

I like this story, especially your portrayal of Madara. I could imagine him really being that arrogant. Great job!

..Really good, i didn't expect it to end here, but, its okey. Is there a sequel to it? I would really look forward to read more. The Plot is good, seriously. I say, a really really good MadaIta story :)

Wow. That was an AMAZING view of Itachi. I would never think of him being so power-obsessed, but at the same time, it fits so well (ignoring the last couple of chapters of Naruto manga that have been released in Japan, of course).

Also, it was very well-written. It allowed me to get into Itachi's character like I never have before.

Needless to say, I LOVED it.

hmm, funny how madara respects the first but i suppose that would be the case. but anyway, i like the way this is going still; the way their relationship and interactions are evolving from predator and prey to teacher and student ( a bit twisted but a teacher madara will be) keep it up!

I actually like the tension caused by using present tense in the first chapter - though it does seem like you were more comfortable writing chapter two. If you don't plan to play with the tense any more in the fic at large, you could go back and revise for continuity's sake, but it's not necessary.

A small wordgeek note: you use the word "decimated" in chapter one to mean "utterly destroyed" when the word technically means "1/10th destroyed". I feel like an anal moron even pointing it out, because everyone obviously knows what you mean, but still - figured I would want to know in your position... :)

I like this fic a lot and am interested to see where it goes. Itachi still scares the boogers outta me; kudos to you for actually getting inside his head and writing this!

Arrogant, selfish, jealous, seriously freaky little brat. Good actor too, if no one realizes he dislikes Sasuke.
