There's something enchanting about your writing. You can draw a world and paint it with your words. It's beautiful, and brutal, and magical and real. Specifically, to this piece, there's a sweet tension: confusion and paranoia; the world of someone bound by memories and fears that are too uncertain and persistent to ever fade.

I can't predict your plot lines and I enjoy that. Whether or not this is the end of this story I'm not sure. You could end it here, though I'm certain Shang's character is hiding more than you'll reveal. Espionage is thick in your works, and I think it would haunt you even if you attempted to evade it. But it's wonderfully crafted and intriguing.

Okay, so I read the first chapter. Slightly confusing at first, I'd probably understand the rest if I finish reading the story. The. Un-finished. Story. So 4.5 years later, are you going to update & finish this story?

What a breath-taking fiction! It was, as always with your pen - moving, realistic, and grant. The characters' are very fine and no matter what kind of AU you write, I still can find out a trace of the original Disney's movie in it. It's just... special.

Aha! You did start posting again. Now, I'll admit that "modern-day" adaptations are normally about as much my cup of tea as the Matchmaker's teacup would be. But, and I'm not sure how you did this, you managed to uproot the characters from their native time and insert them virtually intact into the 20th century. That takes a lot of skill, and I applaud it. Keep on adding to the archive!
