*looks around for reincarnation of ms austen
that was freakily good dear authoress- freakily good! Glad to find another Jane Austen fan out there, although i daresay that yours is fifteen thousand times better than mine! V v v funny- especially your chapter titles! Did get a miye confused but only because 'heroine' looks so similar to 'hermione' that i had to double check every time just to make sure id got it right!

loving your heroine rules as well- how true?
well congrats, you are a very talented writer

So cute! This really made me laugh. You've got the 18th-century turn of phrase down! I especially liked your note at the end about Unreasonable Demands of a Pecuniary Nature. No, I shan't make any...)

That was totally Austen-tacious!

Don't mind me...My friends and I are trying to figure out what it would be like if Jane Austen wrote in this day and age, and was really popular amongst teenage girls. The word just kind of...appeared.

that was scary.

I admit, in the beginning, I expected something very much like Northanger Abbey, but I think you managed to take enough of the Austen, enough of the Rowling and enough of yourself to make it perfectly, wickedly funny. Now I really should keep working on my 19th Century Hogwarts fic.

I love Jane Austen she's my favourite author (apart from J.K. Rowling, of course). This was quite funny (Although some parts were wrong, in my opinion. Oh, just little bits like Hermione is supposed to be pretty in the books. Stupid really.) You should make a sequel, or a new series on the basis of this (and make Ginny get HARRY!).

Very cute and well written. But I don't think Elizabeth Bennet, Emma Woodhouse, Elinor Dashwood, or Anne Eliot were prone to swooning. The begining of this piece makes me think of Northanger Abbey, but Ginny reminds me of Mariann Dashwood. Will you also do one on heros?

This is very cute.. Adorable.. And yes, Fernando was brought up by you.. Thought the song fitted the chapter perfectly.

Charming! I'm reading Sense and Sensibility at the moment, so as I am in Austen mode, I particularly enjoyed this. Nice job).

I enjoyed this story very much. Even the chapter headings were amusing. Although I'm not entirely certain that all of Jane Austen's heroines are prone to swooning, I would on no account say that such a habit would disqualify a worthy soul from the possibility of Heroism. Therefore, all that is really left to say i well done!
