link2143 2008-07-11 ch 4,	abuseWell this story has a different theme to it than most. Never read a fic that uses Hidan as a main character and especially not in this way. I will admit that Naruto's development is quite believable as well, considerin hes not super strong but he is at the same time, I dont know it just seems to work. Plus nice way of incorporating Zabuza and Haku into the mix. Same with Tayuya and her new obssesion to kill Naruto.
notter 2008-07-09 ch 4,	abuseFirst of all, i'd like applaud for you keeping this story very understandable. Most stories like this "turn" them selves away from canon and than just simply switch back to it, with out really making any sense. What i mean is, how you've other character into your timeline. Though since we don't know how hidan x kakuzu started, its up for grabs anyways. Secondly, you keep things simple, smooth and flowing, not wasting pointless lines after elaborating on stuff most if not all just skip when they read fics (technical details... redundant emotional breakdowns.. etc). And there's the whole suspense as to how naruto will view konoha. I really like how you've just isolated him from konoha, besides the one incident in Tea Country. A superb job, as far developing the character bond/development of naruto and hidan. I also wonder how kyuubi would take to naruto following Jashin as a higher entity... and if naruto would be afraid of kyuubi at all knowing Jashin has "back covered", so to speak. Lastly, I don't want to sound demanding or intrusive (it is your fic and your say > rest), but please don't go off into romance type of thing until naruto is atleast 16/17ish. It just makes sense to have some maturity between characters... but ofcourse there's so MUCH more that has to happen in this fic, its the last thing i care about. can't wait for the next one.

I have to tell you, I wish more authors had your attitude when writting. Alot of them will put any idea someone gives them into their story, and I have seen some pretty good stories crash and burn from that. At least people are reviewing your stories, I think mine are being ignored, but I don;t care, I write them because if I don't, the characters hault my dreams! Now I sound crazy...

(probably not for long but anyhow!it's STILL relatively new compared to all those out there that have been tried and done so many times it's not even funny.)
