Wow. This is probably the best Bleach fic I have read yet. There are so many good points to your writing. I loved how you kept everyone in character! Especially Rukia. All too often she is portrayed as a weak, romantic girl. But I think you hit her spot on here. I really liked how whenever her heart/mind wavered over her reaction to the hollow, she always came back to her senses knowing she could not betray herself or Ichigo. So thank you for that. I also enjoyed how you let us know what Ichigo was going through throughout the story. It added another dimension to the reading. To be honest, while I love what you wrote for an ending (it was an image of what I wanted to happen, with her just walking away) I was hoping for a bit more. How do their lives change after that night? Can they still look each other in the eye and have feelings for each other? Can they still fight together? I want to know! But... I guess a lot of good writers know how to keep their readers wanting more and when to actually give it to them. (I definitely want more, so kudos to you!)
Anyway, thank you for the great story and a big thank you for using good spelling and grammar. It really does make a difference!

This fic has such a deep and realistic insight to Shirosaki/Hichigo-- whatever he's called-- I absolutely love it! You've captured him so well-- exactly the way I (personally) envision him and I'm almost in tears after reading the end of the fic!

First of all, I want to tell you that this is one of the best pieces of Hichi/Ruki I've read, and considering this is my OTP and I'm having trouble finding new ones, this is something. :)

I really like your style, your characterization, the rythm, your descriptions, it was all very well done and kept my attention. I just noticed you also wrote another one of my favorite Hichiruki stories. I suppose I should let a comment there too. ^^'

I have, however, two criticisms. The first one is, well, it might be a bit weird but I found a bit hard to believe (or maybe I didn't understand) why the hollow didn't do anything more than kissing, when he had no boundaries to follow and he was in position to ask more. I don't know, the way you described his feelings previously, I was kinda wondering if there was a mature version of this fanfic somewhere (ppl used to do that before ffnet decide to include M rating), but I do understand if you're not comfortable with writing that.
My second criticism has to do with the previous one, I didn't find that your epilogue closed the story enough, would he really never bother Ichigo again in exchange for only a kiss, especially the way he wants to be acknowledged and have a life of his own? I do understand if you don't want to write this story anymore, but I was waiting for something different, I guess.
It was very entertaining anyways, thanks for sharing with us, and keep up the good work, you're one of my favorites!

This was a piece of art full of emotion and thought. I hoped for a happier ending (because I'm that kind of person), but...your ending gave it a sense of poetry that it still leaves me shaken.
