Much love for this story, and this is so true! I really do believe Basch died when he took up Gabranth's armour, leaving Ashe and everyone else.

He was the one I truely believed would always be in Dalmasca, tending and serving Lady Ashe, but his brother's dying wish was to protect Larsa.

Aw! A lovely take on a Basch/Penelo fic and it was nice. I almost cried meself reading this. You should have a go at some more of this pairing, since it's clear you could do great things ^-^.

Oh, I think there was someone else who sang that song before Cascada, called Rascal Flatts. I prefer that version to Cascada's one. So I shall picture that version with this fic. ^-^
