More interesting plot developments! Poor Roxanne may end up going back to Earth, and why is Eskara such a night owl? It is also very nice to see Fiona fleshed out instead of some random person inserting her into some plot for no reason what-so-ever. Also, Jaeger's interactions with her were very believable. Bravo!

It also truly sucks that I am the only one reviewing this fic. 'Tis life, I suppose. :(

As I remembered in your e-mail, Jacqueline and Roxanne do play a part in this. I don't like Roxanne/Jaeger, not because of the fandom, because it came out of FREAKING NOWHERE in the anime/manga. Seriously Yude, WTF?

Short chapters are never bad, but it depends on the content. You pretty much introduced other players to the plot nicely, but I was expecting Kid Muscle to make an appearence. And knowing how well you keep the characters in...well, character, it would make an interesting interaction between two characters that grew up in completely different settings.

When looking at this chapter on FF(dot)net, I noticed you made their accents normal. To be honest, it made the chapter much more enjoyable, even though it was excellent to begin with (even if the accents seemed...kind of annoying, but I never liked their dubbed voices, and I find it next to impossible to give Jade/Jaeger and Brocken the accents on paper). In fact, it gives a far more dramatic feel, which is what the Japanese version of the anime did so well.

Yes, I nitpick on the stupidest things. Such is the life of a fanboy. :(
