Mm, yes. "Fell." It's late and the bourbon flows strong in me, but it's still strange to come across this. Truth be told, it's a fine extension and/or meditation on the series. There's a chant-like quality to it that I quite like. Overall, it's a pretty solid standalone piece that suffers only from the innate problem with all fan fiction - that it will probably never work on its own without knowledge of the source material.
